Over 5 weeks you will feel fitness and motivation grow as you prepare to race in your first Triathlon. Each week includes professionally led group sessions covering everything from open water swimming and transitions to bike skills, nutrition and recovery.
This is a fun social, non intimidating environment where sessions move to your fitness level
Swim and indoor rides are held from Y.M.C.A Northcote.
Ride, run and brick sessions utilise the surrounding area
Course Begins Monday 5th March and culminates with the 2XU Triathlon St Kilda, Sun 8th April
