TriActive is for people wishing to give Triathlon a go for the first time or just trying to kick start exercise!

Train with like minded people and watch your motivation and fitness grow.

 COURSE DETAILS â€‹â€‹â€‹

 

Over 5 weeks you will feel fitness and motivation grow as you prepare to race in your first Triathlon. Each week includes professionally led group sessions covering everything from open water swimming and transitions to bike skills, nutrition and recovery.

This is a fun social, non intimidating environment where sessions move to your fitness level

Swim and indoor rides are held from Y.M.C.A Northcote.

Ride, run and brick sessions utilise the surrounding area

​

  • Course Begins Monday 5th March and culminates with the 2XU Triathlon St Kilda, Sun 8th April

5 WEEK COURSE FEE $265 ..INCLUDES RACE ENTRY

  • Fun Tri- 300m/13km/3km

Jarasport swim program

7.00pm Run + Swim

First session of the week begins with stretch and mobility drills followed by a run skills and fitness session. 

Swims are created to give you stroke correction and water confidence matched to your ability

As race day draws near swim run brick session prepare you for transitions and race day

 

7.00pm Ride + Run

Cycling and Brick sessions are created to improve your fitness with easy to follow practice drills

Brick session are simply combined ride and run sessions that replicate Triathlon and transitions

8.00am Mini Triathlon Training

The final 2 weeks prior to race day we head to Kew boulevard and Elwood beach for transition practice, mini Triathlons, open water practice and bike skills

The open water practice swims are held from Elwood Life Saving Club
