Indoor Ride

Dynamic workouts designed to effectively move your fitness and strength.

Your bike is fixed onto the Minoura wind trainer (no balance required).

With goal-oriented training; utilising power, heart rate and cadence you will experience riding speed that efficiently transfers to your road performance.

Set up your heart rate and power training zones free of charge during session; the coach will advise the protocol

Tour de Burbs

This is an open to the public ride with plenty of climbing. The 7pm group is open to intermediate level riders

and waits at the top of each major climb for the back markers. 6.45pm group is for the really fast guys.

Jarasport riders join in year round including coach Simon. 

Long group ride

Riders meet for coffee in Clifton Hill then head towards Christmas hills or King Lake traversing some of the most spectacular riding Victoria has to offer. Simon will familiarise you with rider safety including drafting,

group etiquette and pacing. 

Get on the group text for weekly route, pacing and distance details. All rides range from 3 to 4.5 hours with Ironman and Enduro athletes taking on longer loops closer to race season.
